Build strength and increase your damage output
Muscle increases both your health and damage, making it valuable for combat builds. However, it also decreases your striking speed and running speed.
Weight machines are specialized equipment found in certain gyms. They provide faster muscle gain compared to basic trainings.
Requires: 100 Muscle to UnlockBasic trainings (Pushups, Situps, Squats) can build muscle ONLY if you have the Protein buff active from Protein Shake.
Requires: Protein Shake ConsumableEarly Game (0-100 Muscle): Drink Protein Shake and do basic trainings (Pushups/Situps/Squats) until you reach 100 muscle.
Late Game (100+ Muscle): Unlock and use Weight Machines for much faster muscle gains.
Increase health pool with fat accumulation
Fat increases your maximum health, making you tankier in combat. However, like Muscle, it also decreases your striking speed and running speed.
Fat is obtained by eating food past your full hunger bar. Keep eating even when your hunger is at 100% to accumulate fat.
Best food for gaining fat: Donuts - They're the most efficient fat-building food in the game!
Fat is great for tank builds that prioritize survivability. However, the speed penalties make it less ideal for aggressive PvP players who need fast strikes. Most competitive players stay lean (low fat) for maximum speed!
Optimize your body composition for your playstyle
Many advanced players choose to reduce their Muscle and Fat to eliminate the striking speed and running speed penalties. Staying lean makes you faster in combat!
If you want to lose muscle and fat, keep your hunger under 20%. You'll see a UI indicator showing that you're in fat/muscle burning mode.
Visual Indicator: When hunger is below 20%, you'll see a special UI element on screen confirming you're burning fat/muscle. Simply keep hunger low and wait.
Eat a Fat Burner to dramatically increase fat loss rate. You can check the remaining buff time in the UI.
Works alongside the low hunger method - they stack for maximum efficiency!
After eating a Muscle Burner, you'll see a UI showing time remaining for the buff. Muscle will decrease much faster.
Essential for players transitioning from tank to speed builds!
When burning fat/muscle, make sure you're not also training stats you want to keep! Low hunger reduces ALL gains, not just fat/muscle. Plan your training schedule accordingly.

Clans provide passive stat gain bonuses. Legendary clans offer the highest bonuses. Use codes to get enough TP (Talent Points) to roll for a legendary clan!

Glowing Eyes is a rare cosmetic trait that also provides stat gain bonuses. Costs TP to unlock via RNG system.
Similar to Glowing Eyes, Glowing Marking is a rare trait that boosts stat gains. Can be unlocked with TP.
Having an active Roblox Premium subscription provides a stat gain multiplier in Fistborn and many other Roblox games.
